Q1. Can SIRUS be configured with iPhones?
No, Currently only Android phone supports for SIRUS configuration.
Q2. Do I have to download any apps for configuration?
Yes “Sanjh config tool” app needs to be used for SIRUS configuration.
Q3. Is there any installation guide book comes with the box?
Yes, SIRUS box contains installation manual.
Q4. Can two email ID’s synched with one SIRUS?
No, Only one Email ID can be used for configuration.
Q5. Is there any warranty for the product?
Yes, one year warranty is covered for only manufacturing defects.
Q6. Does Silvan team provide any support while SIRUS configuration?
Yes, Silvan provides both phone and Email support for configuration (9108001821-22 or Support@silvanlabs.com)
Q7. Does SIRUS configuration needs any technician knowledge for installation?
Yes, basic technical knowledge is needed for the installation. It is recommended to have electrician help.
Q8. Does SIRUS works with Google home?
No, Currently SIRUS only works with Amazon Echo.
Q9. Which all brand Air conditioners are compatible with SIRUS?
Bluestar, Carrier, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Trasncold TCA, Voltas and Godrej.
